Is your story meant to be a mentorship for other people.  How does having confidence help people in their decision making process of wanting to get to know you better?  How does learning the skills of sharing, what you learned into an impactful message to share with others?  Help with your confidence.  These are questions that I battled for years as I was growing my network marketing business online.  Confidence. Impact. Sharon, what I was learning. .  Have you ever learned something incredible? From a book that you're reading. Maybe a section of scripture that you have read in your Bible. Are even from a training that you have learned through your network marketing business.  You so badly, want to share what you just learned, but you don't have the skillsets. And an even bigger issue is. You don't have the confidence in sharing what you learned online, or even with others in person.  Well, that was me a couple of years ago. You see.  In April of 22, I had just gone through one of the most amazing courses we have in GPA. Girl power Alliance.  Back office.

It was called sharing your faith on social media. It's actually one of, many of our guest speaker courses, Molly Trotter Gomez. Who that month was actually going to be the expert coach for our monthly accountability coaching call. You see, every month GPA invites one of their course creators to jump on an accountability course.  Call with its members and share about the course and then gives us members a chance to get our questions answered. About their course.  So like God told Joshua to be brave and courageous. Before he crossed the Jordan river, they take the walls of Jericho down.  Wow. I got up all my nerve.

I got brave. I got courageous. And I asked Molly a question.  Hm. Have you ever just been really bored and asked a question to someone. You really admire someone you want to be more like, even though your voice was shaking and it was hard to get the words out. And you felt like an idiot asking the question.  But.  Not having that question answered would have been more painful, not knowing her answer.  Wow. That was me with my voice shaky. And not making any sense.

I am sure. I asked her my question, which was.  How do you start sharing your faith on social media? So people don't go after you about saying something wrong.  Because that was my biggest fear of sharing my faith. On social media are really anything that I learned. And I want.  Or really anything that I learned and wanted to share on social media. I felt that people were going to call me stupid. That I didn't know what I was talking about. That I wasn't a leader.

And who was I to think anyone would listen to me.  After all. I thought what makes a simple farm wife with a small network marketing business? Thank that anything I think is a value to me. Is going to be a valued to someone else. Have you ever thought about. Have you ever thought. A thought.  Have you ever thought that same thought.  Well, you know what she told me. She told me, you start by sharing your testimonial. How was your life before Jesus came into your life?  No one can argue with your testimony.  Now. I asked Jesus into my life as a third grader. So I didn't really see how this was going to help me.

So I asked her another question.  What if you're tested more money, isn't that big or exciting?  She then asked me this question. What if your story. Your testimony was meant to be a mentorship for someone else. But you are, you. But you.  Are using fear to hide behind and not be obedient. My God is asking you.  To tell your story, your testimony this year, something that you learn. So that someone else wouldn't have to go through the pain and struggle of having to learn the lessons you learned. And could just take what you learned and implement it into their life for business.

She told me everyone needs a starting point, but don't just stay there.

Stuck instead. Keep engaging into more mindset growth. Courses certifications. And every time you learn something, hop on social media and share what you learn. So the others can see the light of Jesus.  So that others can see the light of Jesus. Come into your life.

So that others can see the light of Jesus come to life in you. And to see how you were changing an impact in the world around you.

Because when you change the world around you changes.  Don needs us Christian women, especially as network marketing women in this Esther season to be change impactors. Because sometimes the only way women are going to see how Jesus shows up in someone's life is through the marketplace. As there's a lot of church hurt out there, especially with Christian women. And a lot of women won't set foot in a church and the churches don't have these tools to help women be able to skill up our, grow their impact by sharing their faith on social media.  Which is one of the reasons why I wanted you all to hear from Molly today. As she's one of the three main coaches, the kingdom speaker can me. Which I went through last year, twice and went through the two day in-person certification process.  Her part of the academy is teaching us how to show up on camera correctly. How to be bold and courageous. And how to write up a strong opening statement to our message. Which will make people stop. Take notice with their time to listen to what you're sharing with them online.  Welcome to harvest without the hustle. Your podcast to help you on lock your voice and have better communication. Well, hi, Molly. I'm so excited. You're here with me.

I am so happy to be here. Jenny. It's an honor

I'm just so honored that you're here, Molly. Especially as a kingdom speaker academy, coach. Plus as a co-founder of kingdom Alliance, formerly known as girl power Alliance, Somali, we would love to hear about your, um, Journey from your beginning.

Plus as, okay. I'm just going to start over.

I am just so honored that you're here, Molly, especially as a kingdom speaker academy, coach. Plus as a co-founder of kingdom Alliance, formerly known as girl power Alliance.  And I know this is going to be a long question, Molly. So Molly, we would love to hear about your journey from your beginning. Please share how you started out as a news anchor. Then transitioning into a network marketer. And then to being a highly sought after coach. And to become an a co-founder of kingdom Alliance.  And then into how the kingdom speaker academy. Came into play. And how the Kim tin event that is taking place this June. Came into play.  And also as you're going through.  Those explanations. Um,  It would be nice if you kind of like shared. Um, how did you muster the courage to navigate through all these diverse stages?  And how did your leadership involve as you grew through these different phases of growth?   Oh, okay. Um, well, you know, I just am so honored that you're here and everything, especially as a kingdom speaker.

Academy coach and plus you're a co founder of Kingdom Alliance now formerly known as Girl Power Alliance. So Molly, we'd love to hear about your journey from your beginning

As being a news anchor and transitioning into network marketing and coaching.

transitioning into network marketing and coaching, you know, becoming a co founder of Kingdom Alliance and then launching a certified Kingdom Speaker Academy.

Um, you know, call me, you know, call mating and  autumn. How the world do I say that cultivating and organizing the Kim 10 event this June? How did you muster the courage to navigate through all these diverse stages?  Furthermore, how did your leadership involve as you transverse,  you know, through these different, uh,

phases of growth?

Yeah, that is a loaded question. So first things first, I mean, they're like  short story of how I came to all of this is when I was young, I was like, you know what? I think I want to be on TV. I was that person that painted their body blue in the crowd at football games. And when they asked people to come back to the news station, I was always it.

And I, and I started looking around saying this would be fun. So I just went after it. I didn't know anybody that was in the news. I did. It was not something that was normal. And I just knew I was far from normal, so I needed to do something else. So I got into the news industry, um, really to tell people stories and give the underdog their voice.

And I quickly realized, I'm like, these stories are really depressing and this is not who I am. So about two years into it, I had that epiphany. Five years after that, I actually ended up getting fired from my last news job for before and after transformation photo, just trying to inspire people to just become their best selves healthily, like physically and mentally and all the things.

They didn't like that. And I said, well, clearly this is not the path for me if you don't want me to share that. So after that, I got into, um, the, the business world. I created a nutrition and fitness consulting. Company, um, to help people with just online fitness and nutrition. And then that also was paired with network marketing network marketing.

For me, I used to be a naysayer of, it was a scam and all the things. And I said that because I actually didn't know, let's be honest. Like I just never really looked into it, but then I was like, wait a second. I share something that I love and I get paid for it. And I show other people like how it actually works.

Sign me up. Like that is just no brainer.  So I love the industry of network marketing. I love the leadership development. I love how people can start a business with really low overhead and side tangent. To be honest, I know more seven and eight figure coaches right now getting into network marketing because of the low overhead and the leverage that it has.

So I'm just going to put that, put that piece in right there.  Um, I eventually got into the coaching industry. Um, after, I don't want to even say after network marketing, I was always kind of doing it in and throughout, but the coaching industry, it was really interesting because. Getting in the digital marketing space, watching people take a gift or a talent, a skill that they had and turn it into a business.

I was in my brother's digital marketing agency, doing sales and marketing and helping coaches scale. And then the light bulb went off. Well, wait a second. I have a skill set that can help people and speaking is one of the highest paid skill sets. So I eventually opened up my own like consulting firm of how to help people just really step into that real bold authentic voice.

And even did business coaching around that as well. Like, how can you put your programs together? What does that look like? What do you need to do?  So every single journey, it was like a little pivot that God kept bringing me down. Right. And then in walks, Michelle Schaefer, a random social media connection, random Facebook message.

And I didn't even know how we became friends. Um, Michelle Schaefer, if you don't know who she is, she is the CEO and founder of Girl Power Alliance. And she basically said, The Lord just keeps highlighting you to me. Your stuff keeps popping up on my feed. I don't know why. I don't know how. But I know you're supposed to do this with me.

And it wasn't even like, a minute. I was like, first of all, maybe I did take a minute. Because I was like, what the heck. I was like, how to do, how to, out of all things. And then I said, yes, I'm absolutely. And I said, Michelle, I know you don't know this, but I'm going to tell you, the Lord gave me a similar vision like a week ago.

I just didn't know how to go about it. And what that vision was is to create a place where there was no compromise. It was people that are in alignment of having personal professional growth and you can bring your faith. into it and not have to separate it and not have to hide that you love the Lord and you also want to grow and you want to have an impact.

So it's just been a really beautiful journey to be at the ground level of this, to be given this vision as a company that has now grown into what you're sharing, Kingdom Alliance, because we've opened up a men's division. So it's merging the two. But it started with women. Women have shown men, because of their transformation here, look what's possible when I focus on me.

And this is what's coming about. So men were like, wait, wait, we need to get in this too.  So the last piece, how did Kingdom Speaker Academy come into play? Well, it was one of those, again, random moments that was like a light bulb ding. And I love those. It's like, wait, why didn't we think of this?  So one of our ambassadors, her name is Lisa Vanderquack.

She has been a speaker coach for 30 years. I remember in, I was in the car with Michelle coming back from an event. We get a message from Lisa. Hey, like we need to put an academy together for speakers. We have one for our radiant leadership Academy, but what about speakers? And it was just, we all were like, how could we not think of that?

My speaking background, Michelle's been on stages for two decades, Lisa, 30 years. So now you have a training staff that has collectively 60 years pouring into you in a nine week program to really focus on how to have more impact with less words, less words. How to utilize your tonality, your body language, because your body speaks.

even more so than, you know, your words at times and how it relates to people.  So that has just been so incredible to be able to see men and women go through that program. This next one coming up, we know it's going to be the biggest and best yet. Not only that, when you get in and you go through it, there's an opportunity to become a certified Kim 10 speaker that Ginny's gone through, and she's a certified Kim 10 speaker.

It's amazing to see You know, Ginny, get on that stage and just watch the feedback pour in. And she just went out there and she crushed it. And the transformation in the room just from your talk, Ginny, was amazing. We love it. We still talk about it to this day. I think it'll forever be talked about.  But one other thing that we added on here, and I know I'm kind of taking a little bit of time, but giving you the full scoop.

There is a new event that we're adding on the end of that certification, and it's called Kim 10 LA. So it is a kingdom speaker event. That  eight of our certified Kim 10 speakers will be chosen to speak on this stage and you have world renowned speakers that are going to be keynotes like Tim Story. He is very, very well known just in the business world and the faith world.

I mean, you, if you haven't heard of Tim Story, go look it up and you will love the guy. He's amazing. And some other people that we'll be announcing soon, but how cool is that? Multiple stage opportunities, sharing the stage with big speakers. And when you become a certified Kim 10 speaker, you're going to get a professional recording of your talk.

So I don't know anywhere, let's back up here a second, I don't know anywhere that you have 60 years of experience from three people in a nine week program, you could become certified, get a professional recording, and possibly be on multiple stages.  So anyways. I know it's kind of a big bomb that I just dropped there, Ginny, but I mean, I want people to know at home this matters.

Sorry, one more thing, just to put it in perspective, what we just, even the price point that we have here at Kingdom Alliance for getting into that to get started, a three figure price point. I used to charge four to five figures for many people charge five figures plus for a fraction of what you get here a fraction, and you don't have opportunities to get on stages.

So just to put it in a little bit of perspective of the value because we know more stories kingdom stories and messages need to be told. And we're just giving them an opportunity to come in, learn, refine, and then get out there and share it with the world.

And you were absolutely  incredible as a coach going through that process, because you gave me so much more confidence and.

Just being on stage, but in front of the camera, just doing like simple little lives to build out my business. I mean, all of a sudden, you know, we learned how to sit up straight, how to have the posture and how to look at the camera  and, and that really helped too.  And so, you know, as a student experiencing the process of 10 message, which.

Which is a Kingdom Impact  message in 10 minutes. Um, in case you're wondering what Kim 10 stood for and participating, you know, in that nine week online course, you know, with feedback from you and the other three remarkable coaches, um, was truly transformational for me. Um, however, as a coach yourself, I, I'm kind kind of curious to know in what ways were you personally transformed by witnessing the growth and transformation of your students?

I love this question. And to be honest, when we did the first,  well, let me back up here. When you come into the, the kingdom speaker Academy, there is a piece of homework that you have to do where you have to actually record your Kim 10, we call it the baseline. And I got so many frantic messages. I'm like, what do you mean?

This is what I'm here to learn. Like I can't do this. And we left it really open. No rules, just recorded a kingdom, uh, your message in 10 minutes.  To see that and then to see the final nine weeks later, I mean, it's still hard to put no words because you see the people who really pressed in and were like, all right, I'm going to do this.

I'm going to see how I can really refine this message. And then you see their face light up to see the growth because so often we don't celebrate the small wins. We don't see the growth because we're so used to getting to the other side. Of the fun, the finale that we don't celebrate the big things and the decisions that we made along the way that was super impactful.

Then you take it to the Kim 10 certification and watching over 20 ladies. It first day is, uh, they go on stage or they get feedback from the coaches.  And then the second day is their finale, right? They're getting the recording done.  To see women so open and receptive to feedback, because it's not criticism, it's feedback.

Huge difference.  But to see them take that feedback and then to see what they did the next day, it's just like, you're blown away. Not only from the story they shared, knowing probably there's a lot obviously that goes behind that story. To then you get that message together to get feedback to then change it within 24 hours to go back on stage.

There's a lot going on in the brain and we know that, but to see women like yourself that were like, I'm going to take that I know I can do it because you feel the confidence from us to you. You have your own confidence and you know that this story needs to be told. I mean, we still struggle to put it into words.

So this is why actually we're create, we created the Kim 10 event, which will be in Los Angeles in June. And we can put that information below. So you can see all the details of that because maybe you want to be in the audience. Let me tell you, you will want to be in the audience. That's why we created this event.

There was so much revival happening in that room that we were like, we feel selfish just taking it for ourselves. But we didn't know, um, putting all that together, that's what would transpire. So now it's, we get to open that up to other people, so other people can experience the transformation that you have and the journey that you're taking them on in that 10 minute story.

I know it was,  I mean, just going through the nine week, um, course itself was transformational, but then when I got on stage for the first time that day one, and you know, I started out while I actually locked eyes with you. And that's the only thing I see.

I love Jenny. That has to be one of my favorite parts.

I saw that. And you know what, it's speakers. That's very common for them to lock eyes either with somebody, maybe they tell them ahead of time or. They look at something to help focus and they're drawing from that. I felt that in that moment. And I remember just dropping everything, my pen included, and I was in it with you.

Cause I'm like, if this is what she needs, I'm here for it. And that,  I don't want to get emotional. That, that was. A very special moment that we'll always have, which is so

cool.  Yes, it was. Although Michelle got jealous.

It did. Everybody got jealous. I'm like, you should be because it was amazing.

So, you know, that was one of the feedbacks I got.

And so that the next day then I was able to Use the stage more because when I got there, I thought we were going to have like, this little podium to hide behind because when I spoke at churches, you know, I had the little podium and I had my little notebook there, my notes and everything. So I thought that we were going to have that.

And I was kind of shocked when I walked in and there was no podium  and I, But I, but you know, that was the really important thing that I learned that day. You know, that those two days that I could be on stage without a podium and I could do it just fine. And I actually took that the next time I did a, um, a talk at church, I used the mic and I didn't  hide behind the podium.

So I love it.

And that is, I mean, that right there, that is, you thought you were going to have something to hide behind, which, to your point, a lot of people want to hide behind things. They want to hide behind stuff so people don't actually see who they really are, hear what they are, you know, fear of judgment or whatever that is.

But you just kept plowing through those objections. You kept plowing through those limited mindsets of like, no, we're just going to do this thing and you did it. And you came out with so much fire and so much personality. So often we just kind of tame ourselves of like, I don't want to be too much for people go be too much, quote unquote.

I've been, people have been telling me I'm too much and I'm too loud. And I talk a lot and I'm just like, I'm not for you then like. But the old me was like, Oh, wow. Is that true? I had to work through that myself of like, is what, is what they're saying true? Is that labeled true that they're putting on me?

It's not true, but I took it as if I'm going to speak, how can I have more impact like a Proverbs 31 woman? And that's why this program is so great. Whether you're male or female, it's great to be able to have more impact with your words, because when you're clear on sharing something, whether it's business, a product, you know, just stories, whatever it may be.

When you're clear, that breeds confidence. Confidence helps people have a better decision making process, so then they know, do I want to follow this person? Do life with this person? Purchase this product or service from this person? It really all matters.

Right. And, and I'm so glad that God actually, you know, told me that to do this course, you know, because every year around my birthday, I give myself, um, a new course to, to learn from something that I'm, I'm struggling with something that I need to learn.

And so every year, I'm like, okay, what do I need? And, um, and God had told me that, um, you know, back in. 2022 around Christmas time, when I was making my list up of what I wanted to get done for the next year. He had told me that I was going to do a podcast. I told him he was crazy

and here we are

because with all the technology and technology, if you know me.

You know,  I've, I've become to learn to appreciate technology and learn that I can do it, do it. And so I, letting some of those skunk thoughts go.  And so anyhow, so when they, when God told me, you know, that this was what, Was going to prep me for my podcast because I had to learn how to speak correctly. And so I went through it.

And then about, you know, it's about the 3rd weekend when you announced, you know, the certification part of it. And that's when I heard God say, yep, you're doing this girl. You're going to go the whole way. And I'm like, Oh Lord,  and, but I did. And  then that's actually where I met my podcast coach too.  Jen Rogers.

And so,  but without going through each step and without just falling through and completing it. And that's, you know, That was 1 thing that I took from it, you know, and then also just, um,  you know, part of it during the 9 week, um, online course, 1 of the homework assignments was, you know, to, um, go and break down, you know, parts of your life and and how they changed.

And I realized that, um, 1 of the areas was, you know, just how, um, you know, with my 3rd grade teacher, how she had,  you know, really told me that she believed in me and that I would.  And that I could do hard things.  And so when I learned that, and you know, and then there was just different other things that, you know, I had always been told that I talked too much in class and never could sit still, never could be quiet.

And. And then I realized, you know, I think I was made to have impact. I think I was made to, um, be able to share my story. And then, you know, just having,  you know, that little God moment out there last summer with my dog, Summer,  and her and her skunks.  And that just made me realize, you know, God says, yep, you're just like her.

You're always chasing after the skunks and you take time to, you know, to really focus. And so, and you believe all those negative thoughts that the devil gives you, those little skunk thoughts. So, you know, you need to just release those and make them into my thoughts, God thoughts. And so that's kind of how I came up with my message.

And  like I told my husband, I said, well, you know, I didn't win one of the four, um, gals that went on stage. I said, but everybody remembered the skunk thought

that that right there is everything. And I, and it's so powerful what you just said. A third grade teacher for what she said and what she spoke into and all these years, how that mattered, you know, and we didn't have a third grade teacher or a parent or something that was maybe the best influence, but we could be that influence for somebody right now.

And somebody needs it in their thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, seventies. Like they need it constantly because you just never know what environment that they're in. And you just saying, yes. To a program, you said, God, you're crazy. And then you're like, you're also crazy because the podcast, but then that podcast led you to a podcast coach that has now brought you to where you are today to just keep just diving into where the Lord's leading you.

And so I just absolutely love that. And that 100%. I know you've heard this, but your listeners maybe haven't. Your story is meant to be mentorship to somebody else. Ginny, your story right now, what you're sharing is mentorship to other people of what people speak into you matters, what they say, what you choose to listen to, what you choose to focus on.

God thoughts, skunk thoughts. And just God will keep setting you up in those divine setups, those divine appointments, as long as we just keep saying yes and be obedient. So that I caught all of that with what you just said. And that is so powerful.

Well, thanks. And I just really, um, have enjoyed this time with you and it's just been so impactful.

And I just encourage all the women and men out there to,  to step up and, and,  you know, and really. Learn how to have impact with your voice. Get the skills that you need in order to refine it and release it. And you can do this, um, with the Kingdom Speaker Academy. It will be starting April 2nd. So you need to act fast.

And so I want to thank you, Molly, for coming on here. And just sharing your time and your talents and your energy. And is there anything else that you want to add? Or if you want to promote something else too?

I want to say thank you. I want to say thank you for being obedient. Because without you saying yes to where God is leading you, even though it looks crazy, We would literally not be right where we're at today.

And we wouldn't have had that moment during the Kim 10 certification. And you know, how we both know because we were both in it, how powerful that was, even though everybody else can be jealous. But those moments in life that we'll always treasure that we'll always take with us. Like, thank you for sharing some of those today.

And I'm just honored to be on here. And for anybody that is looking to have more impact with our words, whether it's in their marriage, relationships, kids, business, ministry, anything. We have to talk all the time. So why not have more impact and have those words have weight. So thank you for allowing me to come on here, share my story, be able to pour out and to just have a great conversation with you today.
