Hey friend, welcome back to Harvest Without the Hustle.

This morning, while I was out in the freezing cold milking cows,  I found myself deep in thought about leadership.  I was listening to podcast after podcast, soaking up wisdom, and one big question kept coming to mind.

Am I truly leading well in every area of my life, faith, family, and business?

But, before we start this episode, I want you to stay until the end friend because I have a special way for you to grow your network marketing business faster. And trust me, you do not want to miss it.

Because you know what friend, after asking myself that question, I can honestly say yes to that question.

Whereas a while back, I would not have been able to say yes to that question. And let me tell you friend, it's a journey  to get there.

Do I need more growth? Do I need to hit more areas of my goals? Yes, because here's the thing,  your journey's never done until you're dead, okay? So you're always going to be learning, you're always going to be growing, but it's at that pace that you set yourself.

So if you keep, Just like in the stuck stuckness like oh, I can't do that because this person might think of that or this person might think of me  Crazy for doing this then you're always going to stay stuck But if you decide in the back of your mind and then you put action to make you go forward and keep going forward, then you know what?

You are going to be able to, to reach those goals and be able to build a business that's going to give you more and more time with your friends and family instead of you always being in the striving in the hustling because   that is something that I'm just now learning.  The more that I focus on  building up my family, building up my faith, building up,  the things that I truly love to do, guess what? that's what people are really attracted to, that's what they want to come in and know more about you.

They will want to know when you post something about your business. Then they're going to say, Hey, I want to know more about her business because it seems like it's had an impact on her. Okay, and then your family and your friends. Aren't going to be like so resentful of your business because they're going to see how you changed how you have more time for them How you're spending time with them, you're not worried about your business, you were just focused on them and that's when you're going to start seeing changes in your in your life in your family  when your with your friends you're going to start having fun again.

Okay, so,  now that I went off on my little tantrum, um,

I just want you to pause for a second, and I want you to really think about, these next three questions with me about leadership.  Because that's basically where your business starts is in leadership, and the first thing you have to do  is you have to lead yourself, friend. and that's going be the hardest thing for you to do, but once you lead yourself, then you can start leading your family.

Okay, and then once your family starts, then you can start leading your Your friends to like maybe make better choices and, and your friends will join you in your  business.  And then, you know, you're going to start  making community impact and it just starts growing from there.

So these questions might trigger you, but don't worry. The answers are in the episode. Just keep listening in case your answers are no or are not yet right now.

So, first question,  am I leading well in every area of my life, faith, family, and business?

Number two, is my business aligned with my faith and core values?

Number three, can I create an impact that outlasts me?

Because if you're like me, there have been seasons where the hustle felt stronger than the harvest, like I said in the beginning, where leadership looked more like striving than serving. I've been there. Even though my podcast is called Harvest Without the Hustle, I realized I was hustling more than I wanted to admit a while back.

And even now, sometimes I get into those little, uh, pockets of hustling and I quickly have to like pull myself back and readjust. And you're going to find that in your business where you are going to fall back into your flesh. You're going to fall back into your bad habits.  Don't beat yourself up on that.

Instead,  just know that, okay, this is a habit that's not serving me, so I need to readjust, and then go forward, okay?   because a while back,  I was chasing the next sale and rolling just to pay off my credit cards and feeling the stress of trying to do everything on my own. And guess what?

My business wasn't growing. In fact, I was repelling people.

Then, everything changed. I learned that leadership isn't about personal gain. It's about pouring into others. It's about serving with a kingdom mindset, being faithful with what God has given you, and leading with integrity.  And that's why I'm here today, friend.

As I know there are lots of new subscribers here. So let me quickly introduce myself. I'm Ginny  Hatfield, your host of Harvest Without the Hustle. I'm a farmer's wife, a mom, a grandma, a Kingdom Christian mompreneur, and I mostly, work with. Empty nester Christian mompreneurs. Those women that   have high school grade, kids,  senior high age range, to maybe college, to,  being empty nesters and being grandmas,  that age range there, is kind of who I'm focused on, because you know what?

That is kind of what my age is, and that's where my biggest growth came, was  when my kids were in  high school, going through college, and into my empty nesting and now grandma years . and let me tell you,  I am reallly loving being a grandma.

So if you're a grandma, reach out and lets get to know each other . I have  been in the network marketing industry for over 29 years. So i've seen all the leadership, growth courses ,and teaching  you how to grow your team faster.

And what I do is I help Christian mompreneurs, empty nesters, just like you grow your network marketing business faster, not by striving, burning out, or feeling like you have to figure it out all alone, but aligning your leadership with your faith, equipping you with the right resources, and helping you step into your God given calling with confidence.

Friend, if you've ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to lead your team in a way that duplicates and grows, you are in the right place.  This podcast is here to equip, encourage, and empower you with the strategies, mindset, and faith filled leadership skills you need to build a thriving business that honors God and your family.

So, friend, grab your favorite drink, your journal, or your phone Because you're going to need to jot down some notes, okay? Now I know your hands might be busy like mine are.  When I'm listening to other podcasts, because I'm  milking my cows when I am listening to other podcasts.

Because this episode is packed with powerful insights on the differences of leadership styles of King David's and Proverbs 31 woman  and What they can teach you about what to do and what not to do in your leadership journey as a Christian mompreneur These insights will teach you how to have a team that is growing without you sacrificing your time Away from those that matter the most to you

The reason why I'm kind of diving into, the comparison between King David and the Proverbs 31 woman is because  I just recently, finished up with 1st and 2nd Samuel and 1st Kings . I'm part of  Facebook group  of Christian women that are going through, the Bible in a year and that's where we've been, for the last few weeks. I just wanted to compare,  King David to Proverbs 31 woman to give you the baseline comparison . King David is kind of like us,  he was just trying to  build a business, which was his kingdom

He forgot to, or he didn't take the time. I don't think he really forgot. He just didn't take the time, to pour into his Children. And that is what's really important is pouring into your children. Now if your children are already grown, guess what? You can still pour into them.   One of the things I do is I use Snapchat.

I have a little Snapchat, group with my kids and every morning I, put a devotional in there for them to read. What I have read and  what I got out of it. And then I,  put in, a couple of Bible verses for them to kind of just meditate over it. And the nice part about it is you can always see that they at least seen it.

so  if your kids are grown and you think, Oh crap, you know, I've already,  messed up and I haven't been able to pour into them. That's how you can kind of pour into them and,   without like being in their face about it.

All right, friend. So let's dive into episode 17 and explore what these two leadership models, King David and the Proverbs 31 woman, and what they can teach you about what to do and what not to do in your leadership journey.

So, friend, King David was a remarkable leader, chosen and anointed by God. He conquered nations, inspired people, and led with courage. But at home, like I said, he struggled. His household was filled with division and heartbreak because his leadership didn't fully extend to his family.  And that's a lesson you can't afford to ignore as a Christian Mompreneur.

You can crush your business goals, grow your network, and have massive influence. But if you're not leading well at home, you'll eventually feel burnout, regret, and disconnection from the people who matter most to you.  And like I said before. Kingdom leadership starts at home.  So let's take a look at 10 powerful leadership lessons from King David,  and how they apply to building a network marketing business with Kingdom Impact.

Number one, anointed.  Number one, anointed, not appointed. You can find this in 1 Samuel 16, 13. David was chosen by God long before he became king.

So the lesson here is you are chosen too. Even if you don't see the results yet, walk confidently into your calling.

Number 2, Faith over Fear, 1 Samuel 17, 45 47 David didn't fear Goliath, he trusted God.

Lesson here, in business you'll face rejection, slow seasons and doubt, but God is bigger than every challenge.

Number 3, Strategic Networking  1 Samuel 18, 1 4 David built strong, God ordained relationships, including Jonathan.

Lesson here, business isn't just about transactions. Make sure you write that one down. It's about kingdom connections. Surround yourself with people who support your vision. That's why you need a community.

number four, servant leadership. 2 Samuel 5. 2 David was a shepherd before he was a king.  Lesson here, lead your team, lead your team by serving them.

Encourage support and pour into others instead of just chasing sales.

Number five, resilience in trials. First Samuel 36,  when his own men turned against him, David strengthened himself in the Lord.

Lesson, when business gets hard, press into God's promises instead of giving up.

Number 6, Multiplication Mindset 1 Chronicles 29, 2 5  David generously gave to build the temple.

Lesson here, sow into your business and others and God will multiply your efforts. A generous spirit attracts abundance.

Number 7, Walking in Integrity Psalms 78 72 David led with skill and integrity.

Lesson here, be honest in your business dealings, treat people with respect, and build trust.Integrity sets you apart.

Number 8, Seek Divine Guidance 2 Samuel 5 19 Before battles, David asked God for direction.

Lesson here, don't make business decisions out of impulse or desperation. Pray, seek wisdom and let God lead.

Number 9, Rising Up Others 1 Chronicles 11. 10 David didn't do it alone. He built a team of mighty warriors.

Lesson here, don't try to do everything yourself, empower, mentor and equip others to grow alongside you.

Number 10. Leaving a legacy, Acts 13, 36. David fulfilled God's purpose in his generation.

Lesson here, your business isn't just about income. It's about impact. Build something that honors God and blesses future generations.

Here's the hard truth friend. For all of David's amazing leadership qualities, his biggest weakness was in his own household. His failure to lead his family well led to  Absalom's rebellion, a son who turned against them, Ammon's sin, another son,  his sin was left unchecked and it created devastation in the family.

And even Solomon, despite his wisdom, later strayed from God.

Why? Because David was reactive instead of proactive.  He didn't correct issues early. He avoided the hard conversations and as a result his family suffered.

Lesson for you as a Christian Mompreneur.  You can be an incredible leader in business, but if you're not intentional about leading your home, it will affect your legacy, Your kids, your marriage, your faith, they need your leadership just as much as your business does. So friend,  you are not just here to build businesses, you are here to build Kingdom Impact.

And did you know that phrase there, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised?  Actually, fear,  In that scripture, that word fears actually means love,  but a woman who loves the Lord is to be praised.

Lesson here, keep God at the center of your business. Success is temporary, but a heart that seeks him leaves a lasting legacy.

The Proverbs  31 woman leadership strengths was, she didn't hustle or chase success. She built with wisdom and grace.  Trustworthy and diligent, she worked with excellence. Resourceful and wise, she made strategic financial decisions. Balanced and present, she built a business without sacrificing her family.

Lead with integrity and vision, your team will follow your example. Build your business wisely and it will bless future generations.  As a Christian Mompreneur, your leadership isn't just about you, it's about multiplying other leaders.  So, how can you duplicate strong leadership in your team?  Lead yourself first, your team will mirror your habits.

Provide leadership resources, plug them into a system for growth.  Encourage kingdom mindsets. Leadership isn't just about skill, it's about heart and stewardship.  Now, I know, friends, you might be thinking, well, that sounds just Jim Dandy. Great, Ginny . But I don't have time to create a course, market it, handle all the backend work, and still be present for my family and team.

Well, friend, that's exactly why I want to introduce you to a kingdom based leadership program that allows you to grow your business faster while keeping faith at the center, without the burden of building and managing your own leadership course.

The Radiant Leadership Academy. Which you'll hear me, refer to as RLA, is a 16 week faith based leadership program designed to bring inside out transformation for you and your team.

It equips you to lead with purpose, faith, and unwavering confidence. The program is structured around four key pillars.

Number one, mirror. Leadership begins with you.  Focusing on self reflection and personal growth.

Money. Wealth, investing, and stewardship. Teaching biblical financial principles.

Manage-Minding your mind and your mouth. Emphasizing mindset and effective communication.

Magnitude. Being an impact driven leader. Encouraging leadership that creates lasting positive change.

What I learned from RLA, Radiant Leadership Academy,  friend, was going through this program changed everything for me.

I discovered who I was in God and who He is to me. He wasn't just my grandma's God. I built my own relationship with Him.  That's where true leadership begins. Knowing your identity in Christ before leading others. You need to know who you are in God, your core values, what you're speaking over yourself and those around you.

And friend, I realized that my words  and actions were first harming me and not letting me grow into my leadership, but my words and actions were also affecting my family's identity in God.  The accountability and mentorship from the women in RLA helped me transform my mindset. leadership skills and align my core values with my kingdom principles by giving me a safe place to grow while I was learning.

So why does this matter for your business? Well friend, it's so you don't have to figure out leadership  All by yourself. You, my friend, can plug into a system that builds leaders who multiply leaders.  Leadership access accelerates duplication. When you and your team have access to leadership resources, growth happens faster.

Just a proven fact, the kingdom leadership difference is when leadership is with, without faith and home balance, it will lead to struggle. That's David's example. But when leadership with core values and kingdom alignment.  It leads to abundance and impact. That was the Proverbs 31 woman example. Friend, your leadership sets the tone for your team and the growth of your home and family.
