Hey friend, welcome back to Harvest Without the Hustle!

Whew—what a week it’s been here on the farm. My husband and I just recovered from Influenza A, and let me tell you, last week was rough. My voice was completely gone, and I barely had the energy to get off the couch. But God is good! We were blessed with amazing employees, our kids, and some incredible neighbors who stepped in to keep the animals fed and the cows milked.

Even our sweet dog, Summer, is still recovering—she took her job of watching over us very seriously. And wouldn’t you know it, we got sick during the first beautiful 70-degree days of spring, only for winter to make a comeback with snow tomorrow!

As I lay there feeling completely drained, one thought kept coming to mind: I was so grateful for the residual income I had built in my business. Because I had been taking massive action for months—building connections, putting systems in place, and setting up automation—my business kept running even when I couldn’t.

Alright, friend, let’s go back to that question I asked at the beginning—Have you ever felt stuck, waiting on God for a breakthrough, while deep down, you know He’s actually waiting on YOU to move?

It’s time to stop praying for clarity and start walking in obedience to what God has already revealed to you. Prayer is powerful, but faith without action is just wishful thinking.

God has already placed the desire in your heart to be an entrepreneur. He’s given you the vision, the gifts, and even the exact tool—whether it’s your business, product, or service—to bless and empower others. Now the question is, will you trust Him enough to take action?

Let’s dive into why taking action is a non-negotiable part of stepping into God’s promises for your life and business.

James 2:17 Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, it is dead. 

So friend, as a Christian mompreneur,   Here are some questions you can ask yourself and some examples where you might be over-praying but under-acting:

1. Are you Confused Waiting on God with Inaction?

Friend have you ever been like me and just keep praying that God will drop opportunities into your lap. But James 2:26 reminds us, “Faith without works is dead.” Yes, we should pray for wisdom and direction, but at some point, we have to move in faith and take action.

🔹 Example: You keep praying for God to send you customers but you aren't reaching out, posting about your  business, or following up with your prospects.

💡 Truth: God often provides through action—doors open when we knock.

2. Fear Masks Itself as “Waiting on God”

Sometimes, waiting is really just fear in disguise—fear of failure, rejection, or stepping out of your comfort zone. Instead of taking bold steps, you stay in “prayer mode” indefinitely.

🔹 Example: YOu feel called to start sharing about your network marketing business but you keep saying, “I’m still praying about it,” when in reality, your to afraid of putting yourself out there.

💡 Truth: God equips those He calls, but we have to take the first step in faith.

3. Expecting God to Do What He’s Asked You to Do

God provides guidance, strength, and favor, but He won’t do the work for us. He has given us gifts, tools, and strategies—but we have to use them.

🔹 Example: You keep praying for financial breakthrough, yet you avoid launching your business, showing up online, or doing reachouts and getting into conversations with others to share about how you could serve someone. 

💡 Truth: Miracles happen when faith and action work together. The woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25-34) moved toward Jesus—her healing came through faith and action.

How to Break Free from Over-Praying & Under-Acting:

1️⃣ Pray—but set a time limit before you take action. (Ex: "I’ll pray about this for 48 hours, then I’ll make a move.")
 2️⃣ Ask: What is the next practical step God is nudging me to take?
 3️⃣ Trust that obedience in the small things leads to bigger doors opening.

 Friend,  Which of these areas do you relate to the most? 

So friend, what does Massive Action really look like? 

Here are 7 Massive Action Steps you can take without sacrificing time away from your family. 

🔥 Step 1: Write or Rewrite Your List

Success starts with who you know.

I want you to take a few minutes today and go through your phone, social media, even an old address book—who do you know that might want:

 ✅ More income to pay off debt?
 ✅ More time freedom to be with their kids and grandkids?
 ✅ A way to retire early or travel?

Start with your opportunity first. People don’t buy products; they buy solutions.

📌 Pro Tip: Writing things down stimulates your brain and helps you take action. Google a “memory jogger” list to help you think of people you may have forgotten about.

🎙️ Ask Yourself:

1. Have I been avoiding making a list out of fear?
2. Am I assuming people won’t be interested before even reaching out?
3. What would happen if I challenged myself to reach out to just five people today?

🔥 Step 2: Reach Out to 20 New People a Day

If you want massive results, you have to get into real conversations.

A simple message like:
 "Hey, Lynn! How are you? What are you up to these days? I’d love to catch up!"

Stop overcomplicating it. Stop being scared. What’s the worst that can happen? Someone doesn’t respond? Friend, are you really going to let that fear keep you from financial freedom?

🌟 Challenge: Commit to 20 new conversations a day, 6 days a week, for the next month. That’s 480 new connections in 4 weeks!

🎙️ Ask Yourself:

1. What’s really stopping me from reaching out?
2. How would my business change if I started 20 new conversations every day?
3. What’s one person I can message right now?

🔥 Step 3: Be Strategic on Social Media

Social media is a business tool, not a time trap.

✅ Spend 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening engaging with others.
 🚫 Then log out and be present with your family the rest of the day.

1. Am I using social media to connect, or just to scroll?
2. What’s one small shift I can make today to be more intentional?

🔥 Step 4: Leverage Your Company’s Calls & Tools

Are you using the resources your company provides?

Most network marketing companies offer:
 ✅ Weekly opportunity calls featuring top leaders
 ✅ Webinars that cast vision for your prospects
 ✅ Training calls that teach exactly how to grow your business

If you’re not inviting people to these calls, you’re leaving money on the table. These calls do the heavy lifting for you—they explain the opportunity, overcome objections, and help your prospects see the vision for their life.

🔥 Challenge: Aim to get 10 confirmed guests on a call. To get 10 confirmations, you may need to invite 100 people. That’s just how the numbers work!

🎙️ Ask Yourself:

1. Have I been avoiding inviting people because I assume they’ll say no?
2. How would my confidence shift if I let the experts help me present the opportunity?
3. What’s one step I can take today to start leveraging these calls?

🔥 Step 5: Talk About the Opportunity—Often!

People won’t join a business they don’t know exists.

💡 And here’s the truth: It doesn’t matter if you’re not making a ton of money yet. Your next business partner could pass you up in earnings within months!

🚀 Ask your prospect:
 👉 “What’s your financial goal for this month?”
 👉 “What would an extra $500-$1000 do for your family?”
 👉 “What’s stopping you from saying yes?”

We need bold, courageous people willing to share the truth. If you don’t talk about the opportunity, you won’t attract business builders.

🎙️ Ask Yourself:

1. Am I holding back from sharing the opportunity because I feel unqualified?
2. How could sharing more actually help someone change their life?
3. What’s one post I can make today about the business side of what I do?

🔥 Step 6: Grow Your Audience & Stand Out

If you don’t have an audience, you need to grow one.

🚫 You won’t grow by:

• Posting only inspirational quotes
• Sharing only product info
• Posting only what everyone else is saying

🌟 The most popular people on social media say bold things. Don’t be afraid to stand out. Good marketing repels the wrong people and attracts the right ones.

🎙️ Ask Yourself:

1. Am I blending in with everyone else, or am I standing out?
2. How can I share more of my personal story and opinions?
3. What’s one thing I believe in that I can post about today?

🔥 Step 7: Commit to a Set Number of Enrollments—No Excuses!

🔥 Set a goal: "I will enroll [X] number of people this month, no matter what!"

Friend, this is where you have to shut down those skunk thoughts—those limiting beliefs that whisper:
 ❌ What if I fail?
 ❌ What if no one listens?
 ❌ What if people laugh at my social media posts or get upset with my message?

The enemy loves to keep us stuck in the what ifs because fear keeps us paralyzed and silent. But here’s the truth—you have to replace those lies with God thoughts.

Remember Moses? When God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, he was full of excuses. But in Exodus 4:12, God told him:
 "Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say."

God gave Moses everything he needed—but as he moved. Not before.

And the same is true for you, friend. Action cures fear. The first step is always the hardest, but it’s also the most powerful. Once you start, the fear fades, and momentum builds.

Alright, friend, as we wrap up this episode, I have a challenge for you: What’s the one thing you’ve been overthinking instead of acting on?

✅ Reaching out to new people?
 ✅ Posting about your business boldly and without fear?
 ✅ Inviting someone to an opportunity call?
